House Rules

When you are making a reservation you are agreeing to the following house rules.

• Quiet times. Starting from 11pm. Ending at 5am. This means No Loud Music / Loud Talking or other loud noises. During these times refrain from frequent Going in and Out of the unit or ordering take-away-food deliveries etc.

• No Smoking, No use of any form of recreational drugs within the property.
• No Smoking within 50 meter radius, If you decide to smoke/vape outside the property.
• No parties. No gatherings. A violation of this Airbnb house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests and visitors without a refund.

• Second Bedroom. The second bedroom with a bunk bed will only be available for reservations with 4 or more guests. If you want to use the second bedroom, but have less than 4 guests you can pay the difference and arrange the second bedroom for the length of your reservation.

• Parking. One parking spot available in the backyard of the house. This parking space is shared with other visitors. This parking spot can accommodate small to medium size car/van/SUV only. Large vehicles will not fit in this space.

• Vehicles. If you are driving a motor home, a large pickup truck, an oversized vehicle or coming by more than one vehicle as a group, please mention it before making a reservation. Please be aware that street parking might get difficult for larger vehicles or if you are planning to arrive late at night.

• No Visitors – please and thank you. For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others into the guest suite at any time. If you have visitors coming in, you are welcome to let the host know and add them to the reservation as guests with the prior approval of your host.

• Pets. You can only bring a Cat or a Dog as a pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or chairs or any other furniture or in the carpeted staircase inside the house.

• Pet Fee. Only house trained pets can stay. Please inform us if you are bringing a pet at the time of your reservation.

• Laundry. Washer and dryer is available on evenings (6pm-10pm) and weekends upon request. Laundry fee is advertised in the property. Laundry is self serve. Please request 24 hours ahead of time to make an arrangement. Pay in advance and start using. Send a message when done. I will come and close the laundry. Laundry is closed after 10pm, so take your clothes from the dryer before closing time.

• Laundry care. If you are to use the laundry, you are responsible for cleaning the dryer lint-catcher before and after each cycle. This is due to fire hazards. Please ask for help or see the guest hand book for more instructions.

• Security Cameras and recording/monitoring devices. For the safety of you (guests) and me (the host), your host has installed security camera devices in the perimeter of the property. These devices can monitor, stream, record, store and analyze activity taking place outside the guest suite. Your host reserves the right to provide the recorded security footage to any responsible authority upon request. There are NO cameras or video recording devices installed INSIDE the guest suite. If you have any questions please ask before making a reservation.

• Early Check-in or Late Check-out. We encourage all guests to checkout on or before the checkout time, so we can ensure that we can do an enhanced cleaning to get the suite ready for our next guest and also to avoid a 150$ late checkout fee for you. If you need a late check-out or early check-in please let us know. We will confirm depending on the availability.
