Priced by number of Guests
With pricing determined by the number of guests in your reservation, you’ll only pay for what you need, ensuring fairness and flexibility for every traveler. Suites can accommodates 2 guests comfortably, up to 6 at an additional cost. For example, the Queen suite can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. If you need additional space you can book the entire suite with 2 bedroom and living room giving additional beds and sleeping spaces for up to 6 guests.

DEPOSIT
A 30% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
PAYMENT
The balance is due 7 days prior to the start of your reservation.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable damage deposit of 200$ is required by the time of making the balance payment.

What is included in the price?
The advertised price includes all fedral and provincial taxes and cleaning fees.

How do I make a reservation?
Its easy to make a reservation.
- Check the dates in the reservation calendar you like to make a reservation for.
- Check the pricing page (this page) and amenities page to explore which accommodation option suites your needs. We have Queen Suite, Junior Suite or Entire Suite options to choose from.
- If dates available (green in color), you can either give us a call or send an email to initiate the reservation.
Once we confirm availability, we will ask you to pay an advance to confirm the reservation. Once the advance is confirmed as paid, we will confirm the reservation with an email.
ps: We are working in Vancover Pacific Time Zone. You can reach us any time during 7am to 11pm local hours.
When is my payment due?
30% of your payment is due at the time of reservation. We call this payment 1 or the advance payment.

- Advance Payment 30% (Payment 1):
- 30% of your total payment is due at the time of reservation to secure your booking.
- Balance Payment 70% + $200 (Payment 2):
- The remaining balance is due on or before August 18th, 2024, for example, if you made a reservation on February 15th, 2024, for a 5-night stay from August 25th to August 29th, 2024.
- For instance, if the nightly rate is $200, the balance payment is $700 + damage deposit $200 – payable on or before August 18th, 2024 based on this example.

When should I pay the balance for my reservation?
Your balance is due 7 days prior to your check-in date.

Say that you made a reservation on February 15th, 2024 for a 5 night stay starting 2024-August-25 to 2024-August-29.
Say the nightly price is 200$. With that your balance is due on (or before) 2024-August-18th is $700 + $200 = $900.
You can pay $900 balance to confirm your reservation at leaset about 7 days before your checking-in date.
When will I receive my damage deposit back after check-out?
Your damage deposit is typically returned within 5 days of your check-out, following an assessment for damages. In most cases, we aim to return the deposit on the same day.

Here’s a breakdown based on our payment policy:
Let’s consider you made a reservation for a 5-night stay starting from August 25th, 2024, with a nightly rate of $200. Your balance is due on or before August 18th, 2024.
You pay your damage deposit, which is $200 per stay, along with the balance before the due date.
Upon check-out on August 29th, 2024, you can expect to receive your damage deposit back by September 3rd, 2024.
Should any damages occur during your stay, we’ll contact you to discuss further details. If these damages or missing items are attributable to your reservation, we may deduct all or part of the damage deposit to cover the costs, and inform you accordingly.

How do I make a change to the reservation?

Once the change is accepted we will send an email to confirm the change.
How do I cancel a reservation?
There are un-avoidable situation. We understand. You can cancel the reservation by contacting us through phone. Our contact details are found in the contact page or on every page of the website top right hand corner or at the bottom.
Once the cancellation is accepted we will send an email to confirm the cancellation. You have to confirm your request by responding to our email. Once we receive your confirmation, the reseravation will be cancelled and we will refund based on canellation policy.
How do I redeem a cupon?
We offer cupons to appreciate and celebrate your good company with us. To redeem a cupon you have to contact us through phone. Our contact details are found in the contact page or on every page of the website top right hand corner or at the bottom.
We will ask you to email the cupon to us along with additional details for your next trip that you like to redeem the cupon for.
Cupons are single time use only.
